Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 19, 2026

1. Commitment to Privacy

At DigiERP, data privacy is not an afterthought; it is built directly into our platform's architecture. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your organizational data assets. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you register, launch, and utilize a DigiERP Node.

2. Information Collection & Isolated Data Storage

To initiate a central tenant subscription, we collect administrative user information, including your full name, corporate email address, password hash, and payment coordination details.

So-called "Isolated Data Plane": All data you upload, create, or process within your DigiERP workspace (such as accounting ledgers, employee records, and project assets) is stored in a dynamically provisioned, physically isolated database node assigned exclusively to your organization. DigiERP employees have zero automated access to your isolated database container.

3. Use of Information

We process personal registration data strictly for the following purposes:

  • Provisioning and maintaining your dedicated tenant database node.
  • Processing secure billing transactions via whitelisted systems.
  • Delivering vital system maintenance bulletins and critical security updates.
  • Validating administrative access requests and prevent unauthorized logins.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Under no circumstances do we sell, rent, or trade your administrative information or your organizational data assets. Data sharing is limited to essential third-party processing integrations (such as credit card processors) required to execute billing, where all systems adhere to strict regulatory compliance standards (like PCI-DSS).

5. Security Infrastructure & Compliance

We utilize advanced security-first architectures to defend your enterprise records. This includes:

  • Full hardware and database-level multi-tenant isolation.
  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit across central and tenant routes.
  • AES-256 encryption at rest for sovereign database storage partitions.
  • Strict granular, role-based access controls within active environments.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operational procedures or security standards. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised date stamp.
